Previously an old run down Harvey Norman Store, this vacant building was revamped to attract new long term tenants. The building services and internal facilities were upgraded to achieve a NABERS rating, which allowed new government tenants. As part of the building upgrade the existing facade was removed and new fresh design was achieved that suited the coastal area.
